Mastery of advanced heat treatments

ARCOR ionic nitriding

At our dedicated site, we implement the ARCOR process, an ionic nitriding followed by post-oxidation. This treatment serves as a high-performance and eco-friendly alternative to hard chrome plating.

  • Technical benefits: Excellent salt spray resistance, increased surface hardness, and enhanced wear resistance.
  • Applications: Pivot pins, cylinder rods, transmission components.

Induction hardening

We perform induction hardening operations (high and medium frequency) to specifically harden the functional zones of your parts. Our fleet of 3 machines allows us to process single parts as well as industrial series, while guaranteeing total precision of the hardening depth.

Surface finishes and metal preparation

To meet aesthetic and functional requirements (roughness reduction, deburring), we integrate high-performance mechanical finishing techniques.

Tribofinishing and industrial deburring

With a fleet of 6 vibratory finishing bowls, Groupe ABCM processes large volumes of parts to remove sharp edges and standardize the surface finish. This process is ideal for smoothing small to medium-sized machined parts.

Bead blasting

Bead blasting involves projecting glass beads at high speed onto metal surfaces. It cleans, homogenizes, and strengthens the part’s surface while improving its fatigue and corrosion resistance.

Polishing

Polishing ensures a refined finish by reducing roughness and removing imperfections. It improves the visual appearance of parts, reduces friction between mechanical elements, and contributes to extending their service life.


Cleanliness and industrial cleaning of components

The performance of a mechanical assembly depends on its initial cleanliness. We guarantee components free of cutting residues or grease thanks to dedicated equipment:

  • Spray washing for large parts.
  • Ultrasonic cleaning for complex geometries and narrow cavities. Your parts are thus ready for assembly, packaging, or direct shipment to your production lines.
