The Groupe ABCM has always favored a collaborative approach with its customers. We firmly believe that immersion in our customers’ projects is essential to understanding their real needs. That’s why we encourage our partners to work with us from the earliest stages of their projects. This co-design ensures that our technical expertise is integrated as early as possible, resulting in more relevant, innovative and appropriate solutions.
Our immersive approach involves exploring our customers’ needs in depth, whether through precise specifications or a simple initial discussion. This enables us not only to better understand technical and environmental constraints, but also to anticipate potential operational difficulties.
Customization is at the center of our co-design approach. As each project is unique, we do not hesitate to suggest alternative solutions when they are more appropriate. Unlike standard products available on the market, we design solutions specifically adapted to each customer’s needs. This customization means paying particular attention to the technologies used, dimensions, power ratings, fastenings and component integration.
The Groupe ABCM does not favor any particular technology, but strives to find the most effective solution for each project. In terms of movement, compactness, reliability or ease of maintenance, each solution is optimised to meet the specific requirements of its context of use, which is often diverse and sometimes restrictive. Our aim is to ensure that every project not only meets the customer’s expectations, but also delivers high performance and long-term working life.
A turnkey solution
After the study and design phase, our teams take charge of the production of the designed parts. Thanks to the integration of advanced technologies and strong machining expertise, we are able to produce high-precision industrial components, ready to be integrated into more complex systems.
Our engineering expertise is not limited to simply designing parts. We also take care of all the complementary stages, such as drawing up bills of materials, purchasing components, and setting up the procedures and tooling required for assembly. We thus offer our customers a turnkey service, from the initial idea to the final production, including the training and commissioning of the recommended solutions.
